The panoramic views of lake and mountains capture you as you enter this inviting, one-level home. An expansive stone patio encircles the eco- smart pool! large patio table, comfortable seating with several outdoor umbrellas gas grill, and boat house and dock, complete the outdoors.

The comfortable living room is situated to the right of the entry and features an inviting sectional sofa, a large flat screen TV, fireplace, wet bar, and separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, to enjoy the views. A large guest suite with king bed, a large TV and full bath that includes a shower, also has access to the outdoor patio. A roomy laundry room and the game room with comfortable seating, a refrigerator card table, board games, Foosball, and ping-pong complete this wing of the home.

The center of the home has the dining room with ample bench seating for 8 and a savvy kitchen with breakfast area. A large sub-zero refrigerator along with an area for coffee prep are added bonuses. Large windows surround the kitchen which allow beautiful light and views to fill the room and make meal preparation a delight!

The left wing of the home features a spacious and private Master suite with king bed and an expanse of windows to enjoy these incredible views and a enjoyable fireplace. Just off the large Master Bath you will find a nook with bunk beds; a great space for kids. The private master bathroom has his and her sinks, standing shower, and a large garden tub . The Queen Guest Room has a comfortable bed and shares use of the hall bath which has a free-standing tub. The 3rd King Suite has a comfortable King bed, large screen TV, and full en-suite bath with shower.

Quality bed, bath and kitchen linens, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and departure maid service is included in the rate.

A long scenic walk or short drive down to the lake will find the waterfront with boat house and dock. NOTE....If you walk down to the boat house can be slippery due to the gravel.
Included with the rental of this incomparable home are two paddle Boards, two kayaks, and a canoe.

  The house and staff at Pinnacle were amazing! The house was exactly as pictured and advertised! We had an unbelievable time. Some additional feedback below.
  
  -- Perhaps list out more of the items the house has in the listing (extra coffee pot, pack & play, high chair, blow dryers). The house literally had everything we needed but we ended up packing extra items that the house already had. Baby proofing items were a LIVE SAVER!
  
  -- Consider a different trash can for the kitchen. It was the world's tiniest trash can for such a large house and kitchen. We were constantly having to take it out and the compactor doesn't work well. The one time we used it, it ripped the bag.
  
  -- The distance and steepness of the boathouse was more than we anticipated. Thankfully it worked out for us, but wish we could have spent more time down on the lake, but with small children it was more of a challenge to get down there.
  
  Please thank the owners for the gifts, that was so nice of them.
  
  Also, I would love to know the brand of pillows and mattress in the master bedroom. We LOVED all the beds, and all of our friends agreed how comfortable and well decorated the rooms were.

  This house is amazing both inside and out. The views are stunning and the pool and pool deck areas are gorgeous. Every room in the house is decorated in style! The beds are comfortable, the linens are of good quality, and everything in the house was very clean upon arrival.
  
  The kitchen cabinets and drawers were a bit disorganized (probably from renters not putting things where they belong), but had everything you could ever need! We brought some good knives and small appliances from home just in case and didn't need any of it. This kitchen has it all, including stunning views of the pool, the lake, and the mountains!
  
  When we arrived the AC was not working properly, but after one quick phone call to the rental company, a maintenance person came and fixed it and within an hour we were cool again. The service from the rental company is top-notch. They are responsive and even called in to check on us throughout the week!
  
  The boat house and available kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite part of this house. We spent most every day floating in the lake in front of the boat house. The water is shallow on the side of the dock so little kids can play, but gets deep at the end so a boat can dock there. We had a blast! The only drawback is the extremely steep walk down to the dock. It is not for the faint of heart! Several of our family members were not able to make the trip down due to the steepness and only one with a 4WD truck was willing to drive down the hill. But it was worth it!
