One of the most impeccable vacation rental homes in Lake Lure. Just a short stroll, less than 500', to all Rumbling Bald Resort amenities which include pools, fitness center, spa, beach, tennis, marina on Lake Lure, restaurants and more!

This ideal home overlooks the 11th fairway and rushing Trout Stream of the Bald Mtn. Golf Course. The main level has an open living, dining and kitchen area along with an adjoining morning/ breakfast room. This level also includes the main King Master Suite, 2 spacious Guest suites, a small library with a queen sleep sofa, a pretty powder room and a laundry room. Two lower levels accommodate a King suite with private en-suite bath, kitchenette, king bed, queen & twin, & the other, a family room, large TV,queen bed with full bath .

The main floor’s open space includes a dining area with seating for 12,a large living area, and area for TV viewing. The morning/breakfast room adjoins the living/kitchen and has a coffee center, a beverage fridge, ice maker and cozy seating. The morning room also opens onto an outside deck which has comfortable outdoor seating and easy access to outdoor cook-center and lower level stone patios via a spiral staircase. The well equipped kitchen features all high end appliances, a large refrigerator and separate freezer in the roomy pantry.

The main Master King suite is a large private suite consisting of a king bed, twin sleeper, sitting area, TV and both His and Her full baths. Her bath has a beautiful dressing area and a heated soaking tub. His bath is located on the other side of an over-sized walk-in shower which is shared between both His and Her bath and dressing suites. Just off the King Suite is an exercise room that also opens directly to the hot tub courtyard. This room has exercise equipment, a foosball table, game table and a good selection of board games. Indoor swim spa is not included or offered in the rental of this home.

A laundry room, and pretty powder room, along with two guest suites; one with a full bed, (opens to morning room), the other with a queen and each with private full baths, complete the main level.

There are two large separate wings on the lower level. The first is accessed from steps leading from the foyer as well as a separate entrance from the lower level exterior. This level has a large King Bunk Suite, perfect for small families with children. There is a King Bed in the main area, and a queen bed and twin bed behind a half wall. A lovely full bath with soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanities along with a sitting area with TV and fireplace, and a kitchenette, with coffee pot, small fridge and microwave completes this lower level.

Steps from the library hall lead to the 2nd lower level family room/bedroom. A large TV for movie viewing and comfortable seating complete this large space. This room also has a queen bed nook and a full bath with shower. Walk out to the stone patio and up to the side of the house where the hot tub is privately located. The fun gets even better on the outside. A large stone patio with outdoor cook-center is located just off the lower level. The flat garden space just beyond the stone patio is a private courtyard with a covered cabana w/small ping pong table, darts, outdoor fire pit and pond. Kids are welcome however, please note that because of the expansive stone patios, multiple levels, and pond , small children must be closely supervised.

Quality bed, bath and kitchen linens, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and departure maid service is included in the rate.

  We had a party of 7 adults and 4 children under age 5. The house was perfect for us! Everyone was able to get their private space. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. The very short walk to the amenities was great, as we didn't need to worry about our little ones falling in the pool or lake. We used the pontoon boat every day, so that was very enjoyable for the whole family. The fire pit was a big hit, too! Anytime we ran into an issue (the bears kept going after our garbage), the management company was quick to respond. Very clean and comfortable.

  This is the second time our family has vacationed in this lovely home in a beautiful setting. New landscaping outside takes advantage of the area. We love taking the boat out on the lake. Carol and staff were very accommodating to our requests.

  This is a fantastic home. We had 8 adults and 6 children under 5 years of age. It worked for everyone. The location was the best with all these little guys. The pool and beach were just a short walk away. The kids also enjoyed the creek and playing on the golf course after the were gone for the day. We had great relay races and kite flying, the adult included.
  The home is beautifully decorated. The space is so conducive to everyone having their own space. We spent numerous hours on the back deck.
  The first night the electric was shut off by the city and the night sky was incredible. You could see the Milky Way.
  The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all so comfortable, the yard was great. We grilled out twice. It was ideal for my family. Would rent this lovely home again.
